Orders are usually shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping methods including overnight shipping are available if your order needs priority. Please call us to help you select the proper shipping method.
We guarantee that all items in your order will be packed to avoid breakage caused by shipping. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately. All breakage, shortage or defective items must be reported by e-mail within 3 business days of delivery.
How are orders shipped and how much does shipping cost?
Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders placed during the weekend & holidays will usually ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service. This service takes Two to five business days to be received. We offer expedited shipping services including next day shipping. Is there sales tax on my order?
Sales tax in not charged on any order that is shipped out of California. For orders shipped within the State of California sales tax will be charged according to the county that the order is shipped to. If you are tax exempt please contact us before an order is placed. After an order is placed sales tax will not be credited.
Can my order be returned?
We do not accept returns from online purchases unless items are defective.Your online purchase may be exchanged at one of our stores. In store and online purchases are exchangable within 7 days of purchase. See store for complete details on store policy.
What Credit cards do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for credit card use. We do not accept Check or Money Orders.

We DO NOT guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames is an estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are able to ship within 1-2 business days of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it.
In all shipping options "Business Days" are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Sorry, no international shipping at this time.
